It’s often assumed that men should have it all figured out. Yet behind the facade, many men face a range of struggles which they feel pressured to keep hidden, and too often men struggle to share their burdens with others.
The phrase “man up” gets thrown around, but men often find themselves unable to deal with the demands of jobs, relationships, parenting, and all the other issues that can make life complicated.
Life is challenging, and men are not immune to those challenges. Unfortunately, many guys strive to go through life numbing out or avoiding their pain while their lives are in turmoil internally.
